CEO & President |
Benoît Bergeret is the CEO and President of Qipit with overall responsibility for the company's strategy and operations. Benoît has 19 years of executive management experience in the high-tech and telecom industries in Europe and in the U.S. Qipit is a service of Realeyes3D, where Benoit is the CEO and Co-Founder. Before co-founding Realeyes3D, Benoît was Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at Telisma, a spin-off of France Telecom providing speech recognition software. Prior to Telisma, Benoît was Director of Service Providers at Netigy Corporation, a U.S. based e-business infrastructure consulting firm backed by Cisco, and he was Director of Sales (EMEA) for the Software Product Group of Lucent Technologies. Benoît has also held marketing, sales and technical management positions with QoS software vendor, Systar in Paris, and various divisions of Groupe Bull. Before Groupe Bull, Benoît was a research scientist on various technology projects for the manufacturing industry and for the military. Benoît has been published in research on applied artificial intelligence and is a regular speaker at industry conferences on wireless applications, usability and mobile imaging. Mr. Bergeret holds a Master's degree in computer science in artificial intelligence from Université de Technologie de Compiegne and a degree in theoretical physics and chemistry from Université Paris XII. Benoît has also been educated in business and international marketing at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris and the American School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, AZ. |

Vice President of Engineering |
Antoine manages product lifecycle, from initial designs to delivery and support for Qipit and Realeyes3D, joining Realeyes3D in 2003. He also provides pre-sales technical support and oversees customer integration projects. Prior to joining Realeyes3D, Antoine created and developed the first French media web sites for Atos multimedia customers. Antoine also managed intranet, knowledge-sharing and e-business initiatives for the French affiliate of leading global pharmaceutical group Pfizer. Before Pfizer, Antoine worked as a Development Manager at Webraska, a Location Based Services (LBS) leader, where he successfully developed one of the leading off-board navigation technologies and ported it onto a great variety of devices in the telecom and telematics fields. Antoine holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and Microelectronics from Paris University (Pierre & Marie Curie). |

Vice President of Business Development and Marketing |
Philippe is responsible for marketing and business development at Qipit and Realeyes3D, joining Realeyes3D in May 2006. Philippe has extensive experience in online service design and management, product marketing, as well as business development in France, the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining Realeyes3D, Philippe served as Vice President running the Customer Premises Equipment Business Unit within the Fixed Line Division of France Telecom. During his three years tenure, Philippe doubled the product portfolio, reduced time to market by 75%, and increased market share by introducing several disruptive products including the first color DECT phone, the first videophone and the first high definition sound handset. Prior to France Telecom, Philippe was the Vice President of Business Development for Ukibi, Inc., a recognized leader in contact management platforms for ISPs and Mobile Operators. Philippe was also a founder of Wanadoo, the Internet venture of France Telecom where he managed product marketing. Wanadoo is now the largest ISP in Europe with more than 5 million broadband customers in France. Serving as a keynote speaker and panelist at various events including the SyncML Convention and at several BroadBand World Forums, Philippe brings a breadth of experience and knowledge to the Realeyes3D team. Philippe has an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs, a Masters in telecommunication from Telecom Paris, and a MS in physics from the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Ulm). |

Job Summary Design, create and populate HTML pages for the maintenance and updates of the mobile online service www.qipit.com. Perform various web design and web publishing functions including user interface and interactive design and development.
Responsibilities The Web Developer is responsible for design of wire frames, style sheets, and HTML/CSS pages for the Qipit service. The successful candidate will work with Marketing, and Software Development located in Paris, France to maintain a successful web service targeting the consumer market. The right candidate will be a best practice Web Developer with the ability to design efficient, SEO optimized web pages and sites.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working as a web designer, designing, building and maintaining successful websites
- Extensive Web 2.0 experience required
- 3+ years experience in coding HTML, Dynamic HTML,XHTML,and JavaScript
- AJAX (1-2 yrs exp)
- Firm understanding of related technologies including PHP,.NET and Cold Fusion
- 3+ years experience in Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver
- Must possess a thorough understanding of Web browsers capabilities, user interaction and image optimization for web
- Expertise in cross-browser compatibility issues and thorough understanding of current standards and best practices
- Must possess a well developed sense of efficient web user experience that drives acquisition
- Ability to work under deadlines with a detail-oriented approach to managing work flow
- Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other developers, designers, and product managers
- Experience working with various online adverting design specs and media requirements
- Experienced in creating style guides
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to look strategically at the big picture when tackling a project
Education
BS or MS Degree or related experience.
